Willow Tree Counseling is continuously seeking ways to support your holistic well-being. We have collaborated with Life Balance and Layne Burkette, LPC, E-RYT, an experienced instructor and professional counselor who is trained to provide compassionate and trauma-sensitive guidance, ensuring that you feel safe and supported. Layne offers virtual Somatic Skills + Yoga Therapy sessions, through an on-demand library and a weekly live class. 

The Somatic Skills + Yoga Therapy program is thoughtfully crafted to provide you with a comprehensive blend of somatic skills, yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, and counseling, tailored to nurture healing and enhance your overall well-being.

  • Self-Care and Holistic Healing: Immerse yourself in a nurturing environment where physical movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and emotional support converge to promote healing and balance.

  • Expert Guidance: Your instructor will be a Licensed Professional Counselor and Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher with 18 years experience, who is dedicated to supporting you in your wellness journey.

  • Convenience and Flexibility: Access a library of on-demand Yoga Therapy sessions from the comfort of your own space, and join us for a live class each week, designed to fit seamlessly into your busy schedule.

We have secured 8 weeks of LIVE weekly sessions with Layne, from June-August 2024. The 8 week summer group is $70. Additionally, you can enjoy the on-demand library any day of the week. After the summer group ends, you may choose to continue to enjoy your subscription for months to come, or cancel anytime.

This service exclusively for those who are receiving therapeutic or psychiatric care at Willow Tree Counseling.
